3PL Services, Inc. Returns Policy
All sales are final. Most items sold by 3PL Services, Inc. fall within our return policy for an
exchange if they are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, unopened and still
in their plastic wrap if they were delivered wrapped. The customer will be responsible for
return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. If, however, you received a
damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please ask for our Customer Service
Representative (CSR) for further assistant.
All Returns Require Prior Authorization
Please call customer service for a Return Authorization Number. Any item returned
without authorization will be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on any return product to our warehouse
unless the product was defective or in error. In the case that the customer exchanges a
defective or incorrect product for a new product, 3PL Services, Inc., will pay for the return
shipping and outgoing shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise
must arrive no later than 15 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization
Number.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground. Deliveries take 3-5
days. This is the most efficient and secure way to ship the order to you. All orders will
normally be shipped the next business day from the time the payment is received. All
orders outside the US must use the International shipping option and will be shipped
USPS.
